What we collect

When you request an appointment we collect your name, phone number, the doctor or service you would like, and the day you prefer. You may add an email address. We do not ask for medical details on this website.

How we use it

Your details are used only to arrange and provide your care, mainly so that reception can call you to confirm your appointment.

How it is protected

• Requests are kept in a secure system that only authorised staff can open.
• We store a one-way fingerprint of your internet address to limit abuse, not the address itself.
